I just wanted to let y’all know that if you’re missing your daily dose of me, you can swing by Germany Ja. It’s a blog geared toward military families living in Germany (although it’s a great resource even if you aren’t a military family!) and includes posts about vacation spots, moving tips, what the military housing is like in different areas, and more. I was asked to share some of my previously written posts about life in Germany there. You can swing on by and getting you a little serving of Army Amy. The first post a la me is up now and there will be more to come (including some new posts I’m working on) in the future.
And for those of you just stumbling upon my blog now, welcome! It’s kind of strange time as I’m currently knee deep in sheep preparing to move from Germany to Texas without going crazy. (A lofty goal, I know.) I’m taking some time off from regularly blogging, but I intend to be back at it once I’m settled in El Paso. (Less than 3 weeks, people!)
With that, I shall once again disappear into the mist.

Yeah, my relationship with blogging falls into the “I wish I knew how to quit you” category. I just can’t stay away. Although I’m really glad I am giving myself an extended vacation right now; it was overdue.
I miss you too! And I’m glad to know that I can look forward to reading you again once you’re settled at your new post.
